The Process

We work closely with our couples to develop an individualized design plan and package based on your vision and budget.

Estimates & Your Initial Consultation

Estimates and Consultations are free! During this stage of the process, we will gather details on your vision, including a list of required services. We will provide an estimated cost based on what services you are interested in. Consultations can be done in person, by email, or by phone.

Design Plan & Proposal

Designing and planning your vision takes us time and requires a detailed consultation to establish and create your vision. The fee for your Detailed Design Plan and Proposal is $170. At this stage, we put together an in-depth design plan with an itemized list of costs and services. If you decide to book with us, it’s applied to your final total.

Please note: if you are looking for day-of services (delivery, set up, and takedown) a minimum budget/spend of $5,000 is required.

Retainer Fee

As a company focused on providing the very best client experience possible, we limit our bookings to ensure we can provide you with an exceptional standard of service on your special day. Therefore we ask clients for a non-refundable retainer fee of 30%. This reserves your date and will be applied to your final total.

Once you book with us, we will be engaged in on-going communication and making revisions as needed to the design and proposal up to the final weeks leading up to your memorable day!
